SHIPPING & PROCESSING: Please read the descriptions carefully for each item, as times may vary. T-shirts generally ship within 5 business days. Onesies, bags, and other accessories may take up to 2 weeks depending on availability and warehouse production times. If your order contains both T-shirts and non-T-shirt items, you may receive more than one package. If you need something soon, please contact us to check stock/availability prior to purchasing.

World: 10-20 business days once shipped
Your order ships on average within 3 days of ordering.
A note about International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees.
Customs fees are your responsibility.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn't arrive, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'll be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct AND your tracking status has not been marked delivered, get in touch with us at [email protected], noting your order number on the subject line. We will do our best to reconcile your loss.
PAYMENTS: We use PayPal to process payments. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to place an order-just choose the option for credit/debit card once you arrive at the PayPal screen. Your billing and shipping address MUST MATCH otherwise, your order will be cancelled. This is to mitigate fraud and false claims/chargebacks.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES: All sales are FINAL. Exchange requests are accepted within 5 calendar days of delivery. If your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 calendar days to initiate replacement procedures. You must contact us within that time to request to exchange a product. Once we authorize the return, please follow the instructions in your return authorization email, and include your order information or the original packing slip. If you are exchanging, your original shipping fee for that specific item, will be waived, however you will be charged a shipping fee for the new item (essentially no charge to exchange).
